Youth Aerial Class - Saturdays 10-11am. (7-12yrs old) Class Dates: 11th, 18th, 25th JAN 2024 Within classes participants will learn different circus disciplines; Aerial silks, Hoop and Trapeze. Within classes: Tutors will always deliver a comprehensive warm up which includes a physical exercise, conditioning and stretches to prepare to get on the equipment. Tutors will then demonstrate moves and sequences for participants to copy and learn. Each piece of apparatus will have a crash mat underneath and tutors will be available to spot(aid with the move) or answer any questions. The class will finish with a cool down to prevent any injuries. Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: - If you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - We must all make sure we are socially distancing from each other in the space, take our rules seriously and be responsible. - Please ensure you are still socially distancing from other students and share nicely. - Bring water with you, arrive in your training clothes and please wash your hands or sanitise upon arrival. - Sanitising hand lotion is available in the studio, please use it in during your session. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face and wash your hands. - We will not be spotting people on equipment (unless there is an emergency) Thank you for your support and cooperation!
