Sunday - Dynamic & Tippy Hoop - 3:15 - 4:30pm - With Farrell Unlock your creativity in Dynamic Hoop and Aerial Flow class! This class is designed to blend strength, grace, and fluidity as you explore transitions and dynamic movement in the air. You’ll learn to combine spins, flips and sequences on aerial hoop and tippy hoop with smooth, flowing choreography. Whether you're aiming to refine your aerial flow or push your dynamic tricks to the next level, come along! Farrell Cox is an aerialist and theatre maker who has worked across the UK. With a dynamic career spanning theatre, live gigs, and stunt work, Farrell brings a wealth of experience to both the stage and the studio. Known for her innovative and accessible approach to aerial, she creates a welcoming and inclusive environment where students of all levels can thrive. Her classes focus on maximising individual potential, ensuring everyone feels empowered and most importantly has fun. We are a very welcoming studio and community, if you wish to be added to our facebook messenger group, please just ask your instructor or fellow students, the group is open for any of our students to join to get circus updates and be included in possible social events! We also encourage students to take pictures of their progress and post them on social media - please tag us! @circushubnotts on Insta, FB and TikTok. 24hrs notice must be given if you cannot attend a class for any reason. Failure to do this will mean we cannot refund you for the class. Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: - Please be responsible - for everyones safety, if you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - You may be sharing apparatus during your session. Please ensure you are still socially distancing from your training buddy and share nicely. - Bring water with you, arrive in your training clothes and please wash your hands or sanitise upon arrival. - Sanitising hand lotion is available in the studio, please use it in during your session. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face and wash your hands. - Please help us disinfect the safety mats under equipment after each session, throw paper towels in the MAIN WASTE DISPOSAL BIN, NOT the recycling bin. - If using rosin/chalk or any other grip aids, please ensure your area is clean and tidy once you are ready to leave.
