Extra Training Session for people involved in our two December Shows. Over 18's only. This Session - Wednesday 7:30-9pm Available Equipment: - Any equipment will be available - silks, sling, hoop, trapeze, rope. - Equipment is shared - maximum 8 participants. - Please be aware of others in the session and take turns on the equipment that is closely rigged. Booking Info: - Do not book open training if you are a beginner. This is NOT a taught class - it is for personal training practices only. - Because this is not a taught session and there is no safeguarding assistant, open training is limited to over 16's please. - Please always ensure you have enough knowledge on your apparatus to train safely and within your limits. - The session is overseen by an experienced aerialist who you can ask questions and advice, but they will NOT be teaching the session. - If you are a beginner, please book onto our beginners silk or hoop classes on a Thursday evening. Cancellation Policy: - We cannot accept any Cancellations or Refunds for Skill Shares. - If you cannot attend, you can try and find someone else suitable to take your place. Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: -If you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio., - We must all make sure we are socially distancing from each other in the space, take our rules seriously and be responsible. - You may be sharing apparatus with other participants during your session. Please ensure you are still socially distancing from your training buddy and share nicely. - Bring water with you, arrive in your training clothes and please wash your hands or sanitise upon arrival. - Sanitising hand lotion is available in the studio, please use it in during your session. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face and wash your hands. - Please help us disinfect the safety mats under equipment after each session, throw paper towels in the MAIN WASTE DISPOSAL BIN, NOT the recycling bin. - If using rosin/chalk or any other grip aids, please ensure your area is clean and tidy once you are ready to leave. There is a dustpan and brush if required. - We will not be spotting people on equipment (unless there is an emergency) There is always a first aider present. Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend for any reason, it is YOUR responsibility to find someone to take your place. We cannot offer refunds or swaps to other sessions for any cancellations.
