From 10am - 2pm. Come along to learn aerial circus, circus skills, acrobatics, dance and acro-balance. Taught by highly skilled instructors, 4hrs of circus fun, no experience necessary, learn aerial silks, hoop and trapeze skills. Limited spaces! Book online now to get a place! Circus Hub Location: Unit 2, Nelson Street, Sneinton Market Avenues NG1 1DR What to wear: Leggings and a top that covers the midriff to avoid skin burns. Cover as much skin as possible! Please wear leggings, not shorts Access: Parking can be found around the corner on Gedling Street, Brook Street, Bath Street, Sneinton Market Carpark or Stonebridge Road which is a short walk away. There are some disabled parking spots on the corner of Brook St. The studio is fully wheelchair accessible. What to bring: Please bring water with you - we will have a few breaks throughout the sessions. (Please do not bring nuts into the studio) Registration Form - Please complete the registration form for each youth participant - via the link upon booking. This includes medical information and emergency contact details. The session will be led by two fully DBS Checked instructors. Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: - If you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - We must all make sure we are socially distancing from each other in the space, take our rules seriously and be responsible. - Please ensure you are still socially distancing from other students and share nicely. - Bring water with you, arrive in your training clothes and please wash your hands or sanitise upon arrival. - Sanitising hand lotion is available in the studio, please use it in during your session. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face and wash your hands. - We will not be spotting people on equipment (unless there is an emergency) Thank you for your support and cooperation!
