Aerial Silks Low Flow Workshop with Kay! Get ready to be slinky, floaty and get lost in the fabrics. This workshop will explore playing with the silks from the floor, lots of swooshing and spinning and dramatic floating to wow your audience with a dramatic entrance. You will play with some ways to connect with the silks without the need to get up high or invert in the air. Low flow will explore dancing with the fabrics from the ground up in creative, playful and expressive ways. Leave your inhibitions at the door, invite your inner child to play! You do not need to be able to invert to do this workshop, some prior silks knowledge is recommended. Date: 18th July 2026 Time: 11 am – 1 pm Place: Circus Hub Notts Level: High improver & upwards Not sure if it’s your level, or have a question? Send us a message! We focus on creating a body-positive environment, as we discover and build on individual strengths and challenges. Anyone with some aerial experience from any other aerial school/studio is always welcome to join this Class. - If you cannot attend a class for any reason you may sell your spot to someone else and let us know who you've swapped it to. 24hrs notice must be given if you cannot attend a class for any reason. Failure to do this will mean we cannot refund you for the class. Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: - Please be responsible - for everyones safety, if you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - Bring water with you, arrive in your training clothes and please wash your hands or sanitise upon arrival. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face and wash your hands. - Please help us disinfect the safety mats under equipment after each session, throw paper towels in the MAIN WASTE DISPOSAL BIN, NOT the recycling bin. - If using rosin/chalk or any other grip aids, please ensure your area is clean and tidy once you are ready to leave.
