ABOUT

We welcome back Vivi – having been to us a couple of years back, she is coming again all the way from Hungary to give us some super cool Hoop flow and flexibility workshops!

Hi:) My name is Vivi, a full-time aerial hoop lover. During the winter I teach in my studio Sunny Hoop in Budapest, Hungary. Summer season is about performing. I just fell in love with this art and sport in my 20s. Before that I tried some sports like climbing and parkour but was not as passionate about them as aerial. Luckily, I practiced dance as a child at the age 3-to 6 which gave me a nice base. When aerial hoop came in to my life everything changed, very soon it became my profession. My strength is spinning flow, and I love a soft meditative way to stretch. I am so honoured to share that passion all over the world.

AERIAL HOOP FLOW

10:30-12pm (90mins) - £35

During the workshop we will work on a sequence about 2 minutes long spinning lyra dance.
I will bring choreography and we will use that as the base then add small details and transitions. We will shape the movement to your style. Feel free to add or take away any movement from the combination - the focus is the spinning flow.
You will also be introduced to the basic spinning technique and some cool shapes on the hoop 

Level: Intermediate – Not suitable for complete beginners

 

FLEXIBILITY

1:00-2:30pm (90mins) - £25

This flexibility class for all levels will focus on slow, controlled stretching.
We will give special attention to back flexibility with lots of wavy movements, useful exercises and techniques to support our spine and open our body.

Level: Suitable for any level
