We welcome back @claudiacontortionist for the second time, we are excited to have her back in the studio again for an amazing contortion workshop!

Claudia combines fantastic flowy movement warm-ups with slower deeper stretches that really get muscles activated and lengthened - as well as strengthening, giving you a great base to work from whether you are new to flexibility or more advanced.
