Always wanted to learn some ground Circus skills? Kay is here to help! With over 10 years experience spinning things around her head, she entered the world of circus via poi and hula hooping before aerial consumed her world! Learn hula hoop tricks and poi spinning skills, from complete beginner, basics and upwards! Learn how to link a few moves and flow with the apparatus making you look like a pro! Poi and Hula Hoops provided! (If you have your own set of poi or your own light (polypro) hula hoop you want to practice with, bring it along. You can choose to work with just one of these or both for the 1 hr 30 min session! Date: 23rd May Time: 12:00 - 1:30pm Place: Circus Hub Notts Level: Any Have a question? Send us a message! We focus on creating a body-positive environment, as we discover and build on individual strengths and challenges. Anyone with some aerial experience from any other aerial school/studio is always welcome to join this Class. - If you cannot attend a class for any reason you may sell your spot to someone else and let us know who you've swapped it to. 24hrs notice must be given if you cannot attend a class for any reason. Failure to do this will mean we cannot refund you for the class. Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: - Please be responsible - for everyones safety, if you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - Bring water with you, arrive in your training clothes and please wash your hands or sanitise upon arrival. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face and wash your hands. - Please help us disinfect the safety mats under equipment after each session, throw paper towels in the MAIN WASTE DISPOSAL BIN, NOT the recycling bin. - If using rosin/chalk or any other grip aids, please ensure your area is clean and tidy once you are ready to leave.
