It’s not a phase! 🖤 Backcomb your fringe and join us for an aerial hoop workshop full of nostalgia and angst. You’ll learn one choreographed routine full of flow, dramatic shapes, and expressive movement. Expect feelings, a few unnecessary hair flicks, and all the energy of being gloriously misunderstood in 2006...✧･ﾟ: If life ain’t just a joke, then why are we laughing? :･ﾟ✧ Dressing up is encouraged - this is the perfect opportunity to grab your newest Myspace profile pic. Send us a message! We focus on creating a body-positive environment, as we discover and build on individual strengths and challenges. Anyone with some aerial experience from any other aerial school/studio is always welcome to join this Class. - If you cannot attend a class for any reason you may sell your spot to someone else and let us know who you've swapped it to. 24hrs notice must be given if you cannot attend a class for any reason. Failure to do this will mean we cannot refund you for the class. Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: - Please be responsible - for everyones safety, if you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - Bring water with you, arrive in your training clothes and please wash your hands or sanitise upon arrival. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face and wash your hands. - Please help us disinfect the safety mats under equipment after each session, throw paper towels in the MAIN WASTE DISPOSAL BIN, NOT the recycling bin. - If using rosin/chalk or any other grip aids, please ensure your area is clean and tidy once you are ready to leave.
