Neurodivergent Friendly Youth Class - 11am-12pm Aerial Circus session that is more relaxed & has more varied content (aerial, circus skills & sensory play) than our regular youth classes. These sessions will be 1 hour long, they are a chance for neurodivergent young people to experience aerial circus sessions in a relaxed environment, we have a tent space where young people can have a separate space to decompress in an area away from the main session. These sessions will take place bimonthly. We know things change and sometimes things beyond your control mean you can no longer attend. If you are unable to make the class please cancel your place or get in touch to let us know as we only have limited places available and this class is very popular. Thank you for your support. What to wear: Leggings and a top that covers the midriff to avoid skin burns. Cover as much skin as possible! Access: Parking can be found around the corner on Gedling Street, Brook Street, Bath Street, Sneinton Market Carpark or Stonebridge Road which is a short walk away. There are some disabled parking spots on the corner of Brook St. The studio is fully wheelchair accessible. What to bring: Please bring water with you - we will have a few breaks throughout the sessions. (Please do not bring nuts into the studio) Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: - If you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - We must all make sure we are socially distancing from each other in the space, take our rules seriously and be responsible. - Please ensure you are still socially distancing from other students and share nicely. - Bring water with you, arrive in your training clothes and please wash your hands or sanitise upon arrival. - Sanitising hand lotion is available in the studio, please use it in during your session. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face and wash your hands.
