You’ve been abandoned in the forest. Your heart is shattered. But thankfully, you’ve discovered that aerial is the perfect way to escape your feelings. Your hoop is there for you. Unlike certain immortal boyfriends. Join me on 28 November, 2–4pm, as daylight fades, the sun sets, and the new moon rises. Date: 28 November 2026 Time: 2–4pm Place: Circus Hub Notts Level: High improver & upwards Dressing up is encouraged. Not sure if it’s your level, or have a question? Send us a message. We focus on creating a body-positive environment, as we discover and build on individual strengths and challenges. Anyone with some aerial experience from any other aerial school/studio is always welcome to join this Class. - If you cannot attend a class for any reason you may sell your spot to someone else and let us know who you've swapped it to. 24hrs notice must be given if you cannot attend a class for any reason. Failure to do this will mean we cannot refund you for the class. Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: - Please be responsible - for everyones safety, if you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - Bring water with you, arrive in your training clothes and please wash your hands or sanitise upon arrival. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face and wash your hands. - Please help us disinfect the safety mats under equipment after each session, throw paper towels in the MAIN WASTE DISPOSAL BIN, NOT the recycling bin. - If using rosin/chalk or any other grip aids, please ensure your area is clean and tidy once you are ready to leave.
