We run adult aerial classes for complete beginners, no experience necessary! If you've been thinking about joining, here is a chance to come into the studio, and get a taster of what we learn in classes. We will have x3 20-minute slots available to join us, FREE! Come and find out more, have a go and ask us questions! This session is primarily for adults, 18+. Looking for Youth Classes? Sessions: - 11:30 am - 11:50 am - 11:55 am - 12:15 pm - 12:20 am - 12:40 pm What to wear: Leggings and a top that covers the midriff to avoid skin burns. Cover as much skin as possible! Access: Parking can be found around the corner on Gedling Street, Brook Street, Bath Street, Sneinton Market Carpark or Stonebridge Road which is a short walk away. There are some disabled parking spots on the corner of Brook St. The studio is fully wheelchair accessible. What to bring: You may bring water with you. (Please do not bring nuts into the studio) Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: - If you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - Please take our rules seriously and be responsible. - Please ensure you/your young person shares equipment nicely. - Bring water with you, arrive in your clothes suitable for training in (Sportswear) - There is access to our kitchen/ accessible toilet so you may wash your hands before/after the session. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face/ use a tissue, and wash your hands. - We will always ask when physically supporting a participant (AKA -spotting) on equipment (unless there is an emergency) Thank you for your support and cooperation!
