We run youth aerial classes for ages 7-17! If you've been thinking about your young person joining, here is a chance to come into the studio, and get a taster of what we learn in classes. We will have x3 20-minute slots available to join us, FREE! Come and find out more, have a go and ask us questions! This session is primarily for youth ages 7-17yrs, and their families. (Adult session is at 11:30am, but you can have a go with your young person too! Booking: Please book just one slot per family We also do Parent and Baby sessions, if you have young ones, take a look at our other offerings! Sessions: - 10:00 am - 10:20 am - 10:25 am - 10:45 am - 10:50 am - 11:10 am What to wear: Leggings and a top that covers the midriff to avoid skin burns. Cover as much skin as possible! Access: Parking can be found around the corner on Gedling Street, Brook Street, Bath Street, Sneinton Market Carpark or Stonebridge Road which is a short walk away. There are some disabled parking spots on the corner of Brook St. The studio is fully wheelchair accessible. What to bring: You may bring water with you. (Please do not bring nuts into the studio) Other Information/Covid Safety Rules: - If you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - Please take our rules seriously and be responsible. - Please ensure you/your young person shares equipment nicely. - Bring water with you, arrive in your clothes suitable for training in (Sportswear) - There is access to our kitchen/ accessible toilet so you may wash your hands before/after the session. - If you cough or sneeze please cover your face/ use a tissue, and wash your hands. - We will always ask when physically supporting a participant (AKA -spotting) on equipment (unless there is an emergency) Thank you for your support and cooperation!
