Open Training/Personal Training Sessions Available: Thursdays - 2:30-4:30pm Fridays - 6-8pm Saturdays - 2-4pm BOOKING CUT OFF – 1 hour before start time Bookings close 1hr before the class start time to allow time for our instructors to prepare. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment. The session may be cancelled if there is less than 3 booked. We will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible if this is the case. Booking Info: - Do not book open training if you are a beginner. This is NOT a taught class - it is for personal training practices only. - Because this is not a taught session and there is no safeguarding assistant, open training is limited to over 18's please. - Please always ensure you have enough knowledge on your apparatus to train safely and within your limits. - The session is overseen by an experienced aerialist who you can ask questions and advice, but they will NOT be teaching the session. - If you are a beginner, please book onto our beginners silk or hoop classes on a Thursday evening. Available Equipment: - This is now an Open training session - any equipment will be available - silks, sling, hoop, trapeze, rope - please just ask the session leader. - Equipment is shared - maximum 8 participants. - Please be aware of others in the session and take turns on the equipment that is closely rigged. Cancellation Policy: - We cannot accept any Cancellations or Refunds. - If you cannot attend, you can try and find someone else suitable to take your place. Other Information/Studio Rules: -If you are not feeling well, please do not attend the studio. - Please be responsible and train within your limits. - You may be sharing apparatus with other participants during your session. Please ensure you are sharing nicely. - Please help us disinfect the safety mats under equipment after each session. - We will not be spotting people on equipment (unless there is an emergency) There is always a first aider present.
